Gregory: Netflix’s New Doc Follows One of France’s Most Famous Unsolved Crimes

Netflix has released the trailer for its latest crime documentary, Grégory, which follows one of France's most famous unsolved crimes. When 4-year-old Grégory Villemin was found dead on Oct. 16, 1984 in the town of Vologne, in Eastern France, it kicked off a manhunt and media storm that continues today.

Grégory disappeared while playing metres from his own front door, and immediately afterwards, his family was tormented by an anonymous person who sent letters and made phone calls, announcing the crime before it had even taken place. At the time, four or five people close to the family were suspected to be responsible for Grégory's disappearance, but it remains unsolved today. Watch the full trailer above, before checking out some of Netflix's other true crime documentaries.
