Schitt's Creek has given fans a lot of gems over the past few years, but we can't deny that there's a special place in our hearts for Alexis Rose's "A Little Bit Alexis" hit. On Thursday, actress Annie Murphy made an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show and while it's one thing to hope for a performance of the single, it's a whole other ballgame to get a remix from Murphy and Clarkson - which is why we're 100 percent shaken by the gift given to us.
Murphy snapped right into character to re-create the theme song of her character's short-lived 2007 reality TV show about her life, in which she compares herself to "expensive sushi" and "a cute huge yacht." Then, Clarkson jumped in with her new lyrics in which she explains that she's "a whole lot of Texas," singing that she's a "classic Bronco" and has "like 20 jobs and I talk a lot." Truly, you have to watch the video ahead to believe it.
What is quite possibly the best part of the entire performance - which is nothing short of iconic - is the brief glimpses we get of Clarkson's other guests, 1917 stars George MacKay and Dean-Charles Chapman. They definitely look like they're enjoying themselves, but in that bemused way that your parents do when you invite them to your latest slam poetry reading. Watch Murphy and Clarkson's "A Little Bit Alexis" remix above, then check out the actress performing the original song on Schitt's Creek!
