Did somebody switch out my calendars? Because this vintage cover of Lizzo's "Good as Hell" is taking me all the way back to the Roaring '20s (1920s, that is). The jazzy cover, performed by Postmodern Jukebox's Ashley Stroud, puts an old-timey twist on the motivational anthem and adds a soulful flair to the song that I have a feeling Lizzo would love. From Stroud's soft and sultry vocals to her classy dance moves and the upbeat sound of the trumpet in the background, everything about this cover has me in the mood to do a hair toss, check my nails, and throw on the most shimmery flapper dress I can find.
