Excuse Me While I Cry Over Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams's Sweet Reunion

When was the last time you called your friends just to check in on how they're doing? Three decades since the band was founded, the members of Destiny's Child still make a regular habit of ringing each other up just to chat, and their group calls are just as hilarious and heartwarming as you might imagine. To coincide with the release of her new mental health book, Checking In: How Getting Real about Depression Saved My Life - and Can Save Yours, Michelle Williams shared three recordings from her group calls with Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland, reminding us just how important it is to ask your friends how they're doing.

"We love and miss you so much," Beyoncé said during the first reunion call about Michelle's book. "We're so proud of you, Mimi! You are so inspirational for both of us, and we just love watching you become exactly who you are and for the world [to] see your impact, wisdom, and beautiful advice." Ahem, please excuse us while we reach for some tissues.

"Kelly and I feel so honored that we are now your safe place where you can express any and everything."

In a separate clip, Michelle opened up about her inspiration behind the book and how talking out her feelings with friends like Beyoncé and Kelly has helped her get to a point where she can share what she's learned with the world. "It's OK to not be OK," Michelle said. "And it's OK to tell somebody you're not OK. Because I honestly should have done that with y'all. I've been open about a lot of things, but I never was really truthful about how I really was . . . Even though y'all have proven to be safe friends, safe sisters, sometimes people have to know that you're not going to be looked at differently if you say, 'Y'all, I've been really sad too long. Something's going on.'"

Moved by Michelle's gratitude, Beyoncé made sure her friend knew just how much they love her. "Kelly and I feel so honored that we are now your safe place where you can express any and everything," she said. "We know that you are that for us, and you've always been that for us, so we're just happy to be along this journey and happy to witness the birth in your new chapter . . . It's 20 years [of friendship]. It ain't going nowhere."

In another clip Michelle shared, the friends excitedly chatted about Kelly cooking up some chicken and rice soup, and Beyoncé "cooking up some music" in the studio. Imagine being on Beyoncé's speed dial and being one of the first to know when to expect new music from her - wild! Listen to the friends' full heartfelt (and hilarious) conversations ahead.
