Boba Fett returns to Jabba's Palace in our latest look at his Disney+ series

Boba Fett is back.

After unexpectedly factoring heavily into the events of The Mandalorian Season 2, the most fearsome bounty hunter in Star Wars lore is coming back with his own Disney+ series. In this 30-second peek at the upcoming space adventure, we see Boba (Temuera Morrison) returning to Jabba the Hutt's palace on Tatooine with ally — and co-star — Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen) at his side. If that massive door at the beginning of the trailer looks familiar, it's because we last saw it in Return of the Jedi.

Little is known about the upcoming Disney+ series, which is a Mandalorian spin-off. Boba, who's been absent for some time after the events of Jedi seemingly turned him into a Sarlacc's lunch, is out to rebuild his reputation, so he and Fennec set out to commandeer a Tatooine underworld that was once Jabba's domain.

We'll learn more soon enough. The Book of Boba Fett comes to Disney+ on Dec. 29.
