Jake Gyllenhaal Belted Out a Beautiful Musical Duet, and Whew, That Long Hair!

There are certain things we admittedly forget on a regular basis, like if we turned off our straightening iron, what day of the week it is, and that Jake Gyllenhaal has a beautiful singing voice. On Sunday night, the handsome actor joined a live YouTube celebration for composer Stephen Sondheim's 90th birthday and reminded all of us at home that he's truly a triple threat. Gyllenhaal and Annaleigh Ashford teamed up for an emotional duet of "Move On" from Sunday in the Park With George, one of Sondheim's musicals that they star in, which was set to debut this summer.

There's just something about long-haired Gyllenhaal belting out emotional lyrics with one AirPod in that puts a smile on our faces! Take Me to the World: A Sondheim 90th Birthday Celebration raised money for ASTEP (Artists Striving to End Poverty) and featured performances from Meryl Streep and "The Ladies Who Lunch," Beanie Feldstein and Ben Platt, and more. Watch the video above to see Gyllenhaal and Ashford's moving duet around the 2:03:30 mark.
