Meghan Markle may not live in the UK anymore, but she's still finding ways to continue her work with her royal patronages. On Wednesday, Smart Works shared a heartwarming Instagram video of Meghan surprising one of its clients before a job interview. The organization helps women regain the skills, confidence, and tools to succeed at job interviews and return to employment, and in the clip, the Duchess of Sussex is shown offering some words of encouragement.

"You seem incredibly confident and prepared. I know everyone here is so excited," Meghan said in the video from March 27. "When I was reading about what your interests are, and especially you have a big focus in mental health as well, right? Psychology? I think that's excellent . . . There's so much going on in the world right now, and to be such a beacon of hope and focusing on getting through it, and all the positivity that we just want to send your way, and to make sure you can get on the other side of this too, and have such a great opportunity there."

Following their call, Smart Works caught up with the young woman, who was so thankful for all the helpful advice. "I just wanted to say a big thank you to you, the Duchess, and the whole team at Smart Works for making this possible for women all around the UK, because to see such work is truly inspiring and uplifting," she said. "And thank you for the super useful interview tips - I will be using them for years to come!"

Meghan became a royal patron of Smart Works in 2019. In addition to visiting the organization on numerous occasions, she also launched a workwear charity collection with them last year. See Meghan's video call below.
