Aw! Blue Ivy Makes an Adorable Appearance in Beyoncé's Latest Black Is King Trailer

Beyoncé had the Beyhive buzzing with joy on Wednesday after revealing a third look at her forthcoming visual album, Black Is King. The clip, set to Beyoncé's latest single, "Black Parade," features a montage of odes to African culture as the 38-year-old singer says, "To live without reflection for so long might make you wonder if you even truly exist." The video also includes an adorable cameo from Bey's 8-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, who recently made history at the BET Awards. Other stars set to appear in Black Is King include Kelly Rowland, Naomi Campbell, and Lupita Nyong'o - who are mentioned in Beyoncé's song "Brown Skin Girl" - as well as JAY-Z.

Bey first announced the visual record on June 28 with a one-minute teaser, followed by an official trailer on July 19. The project is based on the music from Bey's 2019 LP The Lion King: The Gift, which she dropped in conjunction with the release of Disney's The Lion King, a live-action remake of the 1994 animated hit of the same name. In the 2019 film, the songstress voices the fierce Nala alongside Donald Glover's Simba.

"Black Is King is a celebratory memoir for the world on the Black experience," Disney and Beyoncé's Parkwood Entertainment said in a statement. "The film is a story for the ages that informs and rebuilds the present. A reunion of cultures and shared generational beliefs. A story of how the people left most broken have an extraordinary gift and a purposeful future." The project - written, directed, and executive produced by Bey - will premiere on Disney+ on July 31. Ahead, watch all of the preview clips, then check out the teaser art and images!
