Lee Isaac Chung's Daughter Makes a Sweet Cameo in Golden Globes Speech: "I Prayed!"

Minari director Lee Isaac Chung won the Golden Globe for best foreign language film, and his acceptance speech featured the sweetest cameo of the evening. As soon as it was announced that Chung had nabbed the award, his daughter leapt onto his lap with the biggest smile on her face and said, "I prayed, I prayed, I prayed!," while excitedly hugging her dad.

After thanking his team and family and admitting that his daughter was the inspiration for creating the film, Chung went on to say, "Minari is about a family. It's a family trying to learn to speak a language of its own. It goes deeper than any American language and any foreign language. It's a language of the heart, and I'm trying to learn it myself and to pass it on, and I hope we'll all learn how to speak this language of love to each other, especially this year." Watch his entire happy-tear-inducing acceptance speech above.
