Luca invites you to explore two new worlds: the Italian seaside town of Portorosso and the underwater realm of the sea monsters just off the coast. Two sea monsters, Luca (Jacob Tremblay) and his friend Alberto (Jack Dylan Grazer), spend their summer exploring the town, all while trying to hide their true forms from suspicious fishermen.
