Idris Elba is the criminal outlaw in Netflix's Western 'The Harder They Fall'

Old Westerns are about to get a run for their money. Netflix has just released the trailer for The Harder They Fall, a new-school Western thriller, in what is promising to be a thrilling, action-packed adventure.

The film stars Idris Elba as outlaw Rufus Buck, in a rivalry with Jonathan Majors, playing cowboy Nat Love (a real-life hero of the Old West). Majors is on a quest for revenge against Elba, an escaped criminal who killed his parents. Expect bloodshed, power, justice, and destiny.

The all-Black cast features Regina King, Zazie Beetz, Lakeith Stanfield, Delroy Lindo, Danielle Deadwyler, and RJ Cyler, and is produced by Lawrence Bender, James Lassiter, Jeymes Samuel, and..Jay-Z. The latter has written original music for the film. As if we needed any more motivation to watch it.

The film is set to premiere at the BFI London Film Festival on Oct. 6, and will hit Netflix on Nov. 3.
