Evan Rachel Wood Shows Off Wild Impressions of Alanis Morissette and Janis Joplin

In case you forgot that Evan Rachel Wood is a wildly talented singer, she provided ample proof on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on June 23. After discussing the fourth season of "Westworld" and her role in the upcoming Weird Al Yankovic biopic, the actor rattled off uncanny musical impressions of Madonna, Alanis Morissette, and Janis Joplin, nailing each singer's distinctive voice.

Wood began with a spot-on performance of a few verses of "Material Girl" by Madonna, whom she's portraying in the aforementioned Yankovic film. Fallon likely had the same reaction as most viewers, exclaiming, "How? How? How do you do everything?" Next up, she launched into the chorus of Morissette's "You Oughta Know," passionately belting out the lyrics as if she were singing to a sold-out stadium. And last but most certainly not least, she brought down the house with a rockin' rendition of Joplin's hit song "Piece of My Heart," and if you close your eyes, you just might think it's Joplin herself belting out the vocals.

For longtime fans of Wood, her spot-on musical impressions hardly come as a surprise. She held a singing role in Disney's "Frozen 2," playing Anna and Elsa's mother, Queen Iduna, as well as in 2007's Beatles movie musical "Across the Universe," and she even has her own cover band, Evan + Zane. We suggest checking out the band's Instagram page to enjoy some of their recent performances.
