The Baldwin family welcomed their newest member on Thursday, Sept. 22. Weighing in at 6 pounds, 13 ounces, little Ilaria Catalina Irena Baldwin is Hilaria Baldwin and Alec Baldwin's seventh child together (and Alec's eighth over all). Hilaria announced the arrival of their baby daughter in a joyful Instagram video that included photos of Ilaria meeting her big brothers and sisters, bonding with her parents, and coming home for the first time.
"She's here! We are so excited to introduce you to our tiny dream come true, ilaria catalina irena 9-22-22 🤍✨ 6lbs 13oz🤍✨," Hilaria captioned her post. "Both she and I are happy and healthy Her Baldwinito siblings are spending the day bonding and welcoming her into our home. Much love to you all. We are so happy to celebrate this wonderful news with you✨."
Ilaria joins Carmen Gabriela, 8; Rafael Thomas, 7; Leonardo Ángel Charles, 5; Romeo Alejandro David, 4; Eduardo Pao Lucas, 23 months; and Maria Lucia Victoria, 18 months. Alec also shares 26-year-old Ireland with ex-wife Kim Basinger.
After sharing the news of Ilaria's arrival, Hilaria and Alec's celebrity friends were quick to share their congratulations in the comments. Mario Lopez commented, "Felicidades!!" Meanwhile, Stassi Schroeder wrote, "Omg the biggest congratulations!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️." Producer Jaime Primak Sullivan added, "Congratulations 🎉 she's a beauty."
The couple officially announced they were expecting their seventh child in March. "After many ups and downs over the past few years, we have an exciting up and a huge surprise: another Baldwinito is coming this fall 💛," Hilaria shared on Instagram. "We were pretty sure our family was complete, and we're beyond happy with this surprise. I'm sharing with you the moment we told the kids-as you can see, they are super excited! Our new baby is a very bright spot in our lives. A blessing and a gift during such uncertain times. I've missed you during my break from social media…I'm back and looking forward to continuing with you this wild journey that we call 'life.' Our love to you and your loved ones ❤️."
