Andy Cohen Welcomes Baby Daughter Lucy

Welcome to the world, Lucy Eve Cohen! On Friday, "Watch What Happens Live" host Andy Cohen announced the arrival of his second child, daughter Lucy, via surrogate. The doting dad shared the news via a sweet Instagram which included a photo of him snuggling with baby Lucy taken by his friend Jackie Greenberg.

"HERE'S LUCY!!!!! Meet my daughter, Lucy Eve Cohen!" Cohen wrote on Instagram. "She's 8 pounds 13 oz and was born at 5:13 pm in New York City!!! Her big brother can't wait to meet her! Thank you to my rock star surrogate (ALL surrogates are rockstars, by the way) and everyone who helped make this miracle happen. I'm so happy."

Lucy is Cohen's second child. The Bravo star's first child, Benjamin Allen, was born in Feb. 2019, also via surrogate. At the time, he told People he didn't make the decision to become a single father lightly, but he knew it was the right time for him to become a parent. "It's not something in your mind - 'Oh, I want to do this alone.' But I like being alone," he said. "I didn't want to wait. To me it would have to be a very special person to say, 'Let's do this together.' And I would love that, and that person could be having coffee down the street at this moment and I'll meet him soon."

For now, Cohen's chosen family is busy showering him and his latest arrival with lots of love. The chat-show host's famous friends just can't stop gushing over little Lucy. "Congratulations!!!!! How wonderful and blessed is your family!!! May God bless you all!!" Khloé Kardashian commented. Meanwhile, John Mayer added, "Doing her star chart right now!!!" Even Sarah Jessica Parker chimed in with an offer to help when Lucy comes home. "Oh Lucy Eve we are madly in love with you already," she wrote. "Congratulations Andy. All hands on deck and ready. Ben is a big brother!!!!! So much love from our family to yours!! Xxxxx."

If the comments section on his post is any indication, then Cohen, Lucy, and big brother Ben are going to be surrounded by love as they make the transition into a family of three.
