Maisie Williams rocks quirky green trouser suit as she joins Janelle Monae on the front row during Paris Fashion Week

She's spent eight years playing Arya Stark in HBO series Game of Thrones. 

But Maisie Williams looked world's away from her famous character as she donned a quirky green trouser suit on the front row of the Thom Browne show during Paris Fashion Week on Sunday. The actress, 21, was all smiles in the French capital as she sat next to singer Janelle Monae in her eye-catching ensemble.

The star donned a green and white checked jacket and matching trousers, both of which were adorned with baby pink ducks.

Maisie wore a crisp white shirt underneath and added a pink and white checked tie. The star's bright pink hair perfectly matched her outfit's rosy hues, with her tresses styled into a half up, half down do. Ensuring that her clothes were the centre of attention, the Game of Thrones favourite went make-up free and left her jewellery at home for the occasion. Joining her on the front row as the designer's Fall Winter 2019 collection was unveiled, was songresss Janelle

The Make Me Feel hitmaker rocked a chic monochrome ensemble which consisted of a black and white blazer and matching city shorts. Like Maisie, Janelle donned a smart white shirt but instead opted for a black tie to complete her look. Adding a pop of colour, the chart topper carried a red white and blue box clutch bag, while wearing a couple of gold rings on her fingers. Janelle's hair was elaborately styled into cute space buns in which she weaved a string of pearls.

Accentuating her stunning eyes, she added a thick layer of winged eyeliner and lashings of black mascara. The catwalk featured a plethora of androgynous looks, which saw city suits, tailored jackets and large leather holdalls feature on the runway. Maisie's stylish turn comes after she and co-star Sophie Turner revealed that they used to 'sneak a kiss' into every Game of Thrones scene to 'freak out their co-stars'. The two actresses were speaking to Glamour UK ahead of the final series of the HBO series.

And as such, Sophie and Maisie decided to share candid and intimate details about their time on the much loved show. Talking to the publication, 23-year old Sophie, who is engaged to Joe Jonas, revealed that people always mistake the two stars for a 'couple' as she admitted that she is 'obsessed' with her, even stalking her hashtag on Instagram. She said: 'Even though we are sisters [in Game of Thrones], we tried to sneak a kiss into every scene we did together to freak everyone out a bit. It kept them on their toes’ making sure they were following the script.' 

The two stars went on to reveal that they are both each other's 'strong home' and 'protectors', with Sophie revealing if anything ever happened on Game of Thrones, Maisie would 'go crazy and protect her'. While Maisie added: 'Sophie knows too much about me to not be my friend. I can’t tell you the amount of times Sophie said, "Go to therapy" before I actually did. She really helped me through some messy break-ups and some friend break-ups. Whenever I’m like, "I need help! This is bigger than anything I can sort out on my own," Sophie is my point of call.'
