Nina Dobrev shows off her legs in hotpants as she promotes her new film Run This Town at SXSW

Nina Dobrev dazzled as she attended Amazon’s Prime Video Blue Room at the South by Southwest Festival in Austin, Texas. The Vampire Diaries actress, 30, donned a dotted dark brown top with black shorts with a waist tie with black heels and a black purse as she appeared at the pop-up location at the annual film festival.

The Bulgarian-Canadian beauty had her dark locks parted in the middle and pulled back as she posed with her co-star in the drama, Scott Speedman.

The Crash Pad actress spoke with Entertainment Tonight Canada on Saturday about the forthcoming film, which is about the late Toronto Mayor Rob Ford - who made international headlines after he was caught smoking crack on tape in 2013 - and the news coverage surrounding him.

'As a Toronto native, I was excited to shoot a film about our city that I love and I'm so proud of coming from, and I think it's an important story,' she said. 'Both Rob's story as well as millennials, and that fact that they're having such an issue finding work after college.

'Politics are a little crazy and they don't necessarily reflect the world that we live in - it's changed so much.' Nina said that the motion picture also taps into the important issue of sexual harrassment and abuse at work: 'My character deals with inappropriate behavior in the workplace and the events that happened were back a few years ago, before Time's Up, but now more than ever its important to tell those stories.'

She told the outlet that the reason the film wasn't screened at the Toronto Film Festival was because it was wrapped last May and that editors needed more than four months to put it together properly. Nina's co-stars in the motion picture, Mena Massoud and Ben Platt, were on hand the Blue Room, which functioned as a speakeasy and portrait studio.

Actress Olivia Wilde, comic Kathy Griffin and Comedy Central personality Trevor Noah were also seen at the venue. Will Forte and Claudia O'Doherty stopped by as they promote their new movie Extra Ordinary while Patrick Schwarzenegger posed for photos with cast from the film Daniel Isn't Real.
